For credit card orders we have to setup your account manually. Please allow up to 24 hours for us to set up your account (in most cases you'll have it with a few hours). You'll receive an order confirmation right away,but you won't receive your username and password until your account is actually set up. If you have any trouble receiving your login information, just email dnevue@rainmusic.com. Please include your phone number. On rare occasions, a spam filter will catch the subscription confirmation email.


The charge will appear on your statement as from Midnight Rain Productions.
